Terms of Service

These terms define acceptable use, fair play expectations, and the operational limits of the hosted game.

Using the Service

GeoCrunch is provided for multiplayer geography gameplay. You may use the service only in ways that comply with applicable law and do not interfere with the normal experience of other players.

You are responsible for the content you submit into shared game fields, including player names and any text shown to other participants.

Fair Play & Abuse

Do not attempt to disrupt lobbies, overload the service, scrape private lobby information, bypass access controls, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

The operator of a GeoCrunch deployment may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, other players, or supporting infrastructure.

Third-Party Dependencies

GeoCrunch depends on third-party services including Google Maps, Supabase, and related hosting or analytics providers. Parts of the experience may change, degrade, or become unavailable when those services are interrupted or restricted.

Your use of map and Street View content remains subject to the terms that apply to those providers.

Availability & Changes

GeoCrunch is offered on an as-available basis. Features, rules, retention settings, and operational limits may change without prior notice as the product evolves.

The operator may update these terms by posting a revised version on this site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoCrunch and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

If you do not agree with these terms, stop using the service.
